We dispatch within 2-3 working days. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

International orders include all duties and import fees. The price at checkout is the final price.
We ship from the UK to most of Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea. Your country will show at checkout if we deliver there.
RETURNS
Create a return in your account within 14 days of your order arriving. You then have 14 days to send it back.
Please try things on. Send them back unworn, as they arrived, labels attached. If not, we may reduce the refund.
Include the packing note, or your name, address and order number. Keep your proof of postage until your refund lands.
UK
Returns cost £3.95. We email you a prepaid label and take the cost off your refund. Drop the parcel at any [carrier] point within 14 days of getting the label.
Exchanges are free. One per order, postage covered both ways. Email hello@studio-koter.com to arrange.
International
You arrange and pay for the return. Use a tracked service. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Mark the parcel "Returned Goods" on all customs paperwork. If we are charged duty or VAT on your return, it comes off your refund. If the parcel is sent back to you over unpaid duty, we cannot cover that cost or the cost of resending.
Exchanges: you pay to send the original back, we pay to send the replacement out. Email hello@studio-koter.com to arrange.
Refunds
To your original payment method, within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Any duties and taxes collected at checkout are refunded too.
Return your whole order and we refund standard delivery. Upgraded delivery is refunded at the standard rate. Keep part of your order and delivery is not refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items
Email hello@studio-koter.com within 30 days, with a photo and your order number. We cover the return and refund you in full, including delivery both ways.
